We have a range of rehearsal rooms to suit everyone from the practicing drummer to the regular gigging band. All rooms are purpose built and air conditioned. Rooms include 3 x Shure SM58 microphones. Prices are room only. Does not include backline.
Daytime Sessions: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Evening Sessions: 6:00 pm to half past midnight Monday to Thursday, 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

MONDAY – FRIDAY
£15 AN HOUR MAX
Book 2 hours or more between 10: am and 6 pm Monday to Friday and pay no more than £15 per hour including all backline*.
*Backline is limited to one drumkit per rehearsal room, 3 instrument amplifiers (bass/guitar/keyboard combinations) and 3 microphones, or is at the discretion of the management. Extra microphones and amplifiers are charged at the regular hourly rate.
Room selection for this deal is also at the discretion of the management.

You can store your equipment at Music Complex in one of our secure storage lockers. Prices start at £10.00 per week.
Terms and Conditions for Rehearsals
Booking Your First Rehearsal
You can make your first rehearsal booking over the phone or in person at the rehearsal reception desk. No membership is required but if you are a non-member you will need to pay for your rehearsal in advance.
To make future bookings easier, and to take advantage of special offers, we ask that you become a member at an annual £10.00 membership fee.
Please call for our current membership deals and discounts.
Please note – when you book a time slot e.g. 6.30pm to 9.30pm this time period is for setting up, rehearsing and packing down your equipment. You must vacate the room by the end of the booked time in this example by 9.30pm. This is so the next band can begin setting up at the start of their booked time. Please plan your rehearsal to allow for packing up and leaving on time.
Membership
Membership costs an annual £10.00 (V.A.T. inc.) The fee is non-negotiable and is non-refundable. It gives you the following benefits:
- Any rehearsal booking you make is secured immediately.
- You do not need to pay in advance for your rehearsal.
- Your membership entitles you to any deals or offers.
- Your band can book on the day for discounted rehearsal prices.
- Any member of your band listed on your band sheet can take advantage of the solo musician special discounted rate.
- Discount rates for last minute bookings
- 10% off most regularly used items from our music shop
- 10% off any hire bookings (not inc. back line for use in rehearsals)
- Block booking service

Our rehearsal prices are already competitive and you can save even more money with our ‘on the day’ deals or the solo musicians rate.
Don’t forget to ask about our current special rehearsal deals and do speak to our rehearsal manager or any of our staff if there is anything that we can do to improve our service.
Only one deal can be applied to a service at a time.
Solo and on the day deals are only available to current members.
Rehearsal Cancellations
We require three days clear notice if you wish to cancel your booking. There is a charge for all short notice cancellations. Please keep a note of your cancellation reference number. This is used to record at what time you asked us to cancel the booking.
The following are charges for short notice cancellations:
- Under 72 hours notice – 1/3 of room cost payable.
- Under 48 hours notice – 2/3 of room cost payable.
- Under 24 hours notice – full room cost payable.
- The full cost of the room and backline you have booked is payable if you do not show up for your rehearsal.
24 Hour Access Storage
We have storage lockers, at various prices for hire on a weekly basis, payable in advance. Please ask at our rehearsals booking office for current availability.
24 hour access by prior arrangement only.

We welcome Cash and also card payments from Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express.

Our staff and clients have the right to carry out their business without fear of harassment, abuse, prejudice or physical attack. Any such behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
