Who We Are
In 1989 The Elevator, a 24 track studio in Faircharm Trading Estate off Creekside in Deptford was opened by Aldie Chalmers and the late (and great) Jim Woodward. The name was chosen because the recording studio was actually inside the service lift!
Next to it was Creed Music, a rehearsal studio consisting of rehearsal rooms and storage lockers for musicians to store their equipment on site between rehearsals.
Two years later, The Elevator and Creed Music relocated to Old Kent Road where they became Music City where they remained for the next 10 years before moving to Tanners Hill where they are now and are now known as Music Complex Ltd.
